COMMUNICATION MEDIA LITERATURE IN HEALTH MANAGEMENT IN HANDLING THE HAZARDS OF DHF IN GAMBUT DISTRICT

Recent technological advances are very strategic and very significant in the interactions in the midst of our people's lives, including public health, which is even more crucial, because of that the government is very concerned about public health, if public health is good, it will support the economic life of the community itself, So that awareness of the importance of health within the community in the Peat district is the main thing to be put forward, given that the recent rainy season has caused a lot of standing water which is not impossible to cause dengue fever. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease that spreads rapidly, especially in tropical and subtropical regions. DHF can be transmitted quickly because the dengue virus is transferred by the Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes into the human body. The cause of the inadequate DHF control program is that there is no mapping related to dengue susceptible areas. Communication media is inevitable for health, especially in health management in handling the dangers of dengue fever in Peat District, considering that communication media is an element of communication that can be used to convey health information to the public about the dangers of dengue fever itself. The research methodology that the author uses is descriptive qualitative methodology with a qualitative judgment approach to provide a literacy description of communication media in health management and the dangers of dengue fever for the community. The results of this study are expected to be useful for the government, especially the management of health management in using communication media in handling the dangers of dengue fever itself.

EFFECT OF PERCEPTION OF EASE OF USE AND PERCEPTION BENEFITS WITH INTENTION TO USE THE SYSTEM HEALTH SURVEILLANCE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION MOTHER AND CHILD

Since the beginning of 2017 the Department of Health, Population Control and Trenggalek Regency Family Planning developed a system information to facilitate recording and reporting in the MCH field called SIM Surveillance KIA. Based on the preliminary study obtained that 16% of 157 villages have not used MCH Surveillance SIM for recording and reporting so that until now it is still manual. Research purposes to analyze the effect of perceived ease of use and perception the usefulness of the intention to use the MCH Surveillance SIM. Type The research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional study design. The population is all midwives who provide maternal and child health services in the work area of the Department of Health, Population Control and Family Planning There are 276 midwives in Trenggalek Regency. Sampling technique using purposive sampling with a sample of 75 people. Data analysis used are univariate analysis, bivariate analysis with Spearman rank test and multivariate analysis with multiple linear regression. The results of the univariate analysis showed the average age of the midwife is 37 years old, the last education is D3 (94.7%), the use of SIM KIA Surveillance is easy (56%), using a KIA Surveillance SIM bring benefits (58.7%), and midwives intend to use a Surveillance SIM MCH (61.3%). The results of the bivariate analysis show that there is a perception relationship ase of use (rs = 0.364) and perceived usefulness (rs = 0.938) with intention to use and there is an influence of perceived usefulness on intention to use (p-value = 0.0001). It is recommended that an activity be held refreshing, regular supervision from the Health Office, Population Control and Family Planning in Trenggalek Regency, and simplification of facilities/features in recording.

THE ROLE OF EMERGENCY AMBULANCE "KRING SEHAT" IN HEALTH MANAGEMENT

The integrated emergency response system is realized through the implementation of Ambulance Gawat Darurat Kring Sehat with the aim of increasing prevention, mitigation and preparedness efforts in emergency management through information and communication levels involving the local community. Purpose: Knowing the success of the safe community of Klungkung Regency through the implementation of Ambulance Gawat Darurat Kring Sehat. Methods: The study was conducted in Klungkung Regency with a purposive sampling technique to capture the Klungkung community who had used a service ambulance for a healthy emergency. Data analysis using SEM method. Results: Community Participation in Ambulance Gawat Darurat Kring Sehat Services showed significant results with a CR value of 6.930; while the community did not significantly influence the Safe Community participation with a CR value of -1.822. AmbulanceGawat Darurat Kring Sehat service has a positive and significant effect on Safe Community with a CR value of 6.149. Government Support for Ambulance Gawat Darurat Kring Sehat Services with a CR value of 9.030. Cross SectorCollaboration towards Ambulance Gawat Darurat Kring Sehat Services showed significant results with a CR value of 1.842. Cross Sector Collaboration on Safe Community gets a CR value of -0.022. Government support for Safe Community shows significant results with a CR = 2,964. Conclusion: Government Support and Community Participation have a significant positive effect on the Ambulance Gawat Darurat Kring Sehat Service, as opposed to Cross Sectoral Collaboration which does not significantly influence the Ambulance Gawat Darurat Kring Sehat Service. Government Support has a significant positive effect on Safe Community, as opposed to Community Participation and Cross-Sector Collaboration that does not significantly influence Safe Community, while the Ambulance Gawat Darurat Kring Sehat Service has a positive and significant effect on Safe Community. Ambulance Gawat Darurat Kring Sehat Services has a role as a mediator in the role of public towards Participants Safe Community.

Environmental Health Management is an art that implements and regulates the system of the public health department to maintain the ecological balance between humans and their environment (biotic and abiotic) in order to achieve a healthy and happy quality. The environmental health management function consists of the planning function, the mobilization and implementation function, the organizing function and the direction and supervision function. The role of management in environmental health is that environmental management has two dimensions, namely "integration" and "conflict". Ideally, various environmental management instruments can be formulated in an integrated manner so as to accommodate various interest groups. In practice, environmental management cannot open from conflict. Therefore, environmental managers must have the capacity to manage conflicts of various conflicting interests.

HEALTH MANAGEMENT FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

The purpose of this research is to determine the health management practices of learners in elementary schools. The research used a qualitative approach with case study design in three elementary schools in Banjarmasin City. The results of the study generally indicate that the implementation of health efforts for elementary school students in Banjarmasin City can be implemented as a result of the consistency of local government towards the implementation of policies both organisasional through coordination between institutions and operational conducted in schools. Successful implementation of health efforts for students in schools depends on the management process developed in schools, from planning, organizing, implementing / mobilizing, and controlling health business activities in schools on an ongoing basis. Based on the results of the study, then as an alternative in improving the performance of health business management in school researchers recommend hypothetical model of health business management for learners in Elementary School.
