In a prolonged pandemic condition, the residents of Tomang village are less concerned about diabetes mellitus. Based on the description above, it encourages the community service team to carry out health education activities with the theme "Healthy Living, Controlled Blood Sugar: Diabetes Mellitus: The Dangerous Sweet One". The purpose of health education about diabetes mellitus is to provide information for residents about diabetes mellitus which is included in PTM and increase the knowledge and insight of Tomang residents, especially residents who have never received diabetes mellitus education. Community service activities which are a form of implementing the tridharma of education will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 08.00-10.00 with the topic “Healthy Living, Controlled Blood Sugar: Diabetes Mellitus: The Dangerous Sweetie” was well organized. The activity was attended by 34 participants who were in accordance with the target of diabetes mellitus education activities. The pre-test was delivered before the presentation of the counseling material aimed at assessing the participants' initial knowledge regarding diabetes mellitus and the average score achieved from all participants was 71.21. is 77.27. Based on the results of the pre-test and posttest there was an increase in the average score of 8.5% after the delivery of the material. Excessive anxiety will result in stress in sustainable academics and even cause depression, which causes disturbed life and the student's effectiveness. There are a lot of assignments in lectures, and they are left behind. Piling up will make procrastinators lazy and uninterested in doing it and stress student academics in STIKES Suaka Insan. The results obtained were 70.4% moderate procrastination and 29.6% high. It can be seen that students still have experienced difficulty in completing tasks. Interview results: Nursing students experienced stress with assignments and queues for consultations while undergoing stage 9 out of 10 nursing students said stress Because of many assignments and queues for consultations with the preceptor student station. Most of them do not have a personal daily schedule to do assignments. 6 out of 10 said they do not have a daily schedule to complete or collect assignments during consultation. Most nursing students often miss deadlines or wait for a reprimand from the coordinator. Stage 7 out of 10 students said they are often late during the consultation process because they feel laziness and inadequate management time. Most nursing students have a habit of 9 out of 10 students postponing assignments confess to having a. This habit makes them anxious and late collect assignments. So the solution offered is education and dissemination of information returned in the form of socialization, the importance of coping management preorganization in students. Data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) shows that the elderly <br>population 2000 amounted to 14.4 million people (7.18%). In 2010 it was estimated that <br>there would be 23.9 million people (9.77%), and in 2020 there would be 28.8 million souls<br>(11.34%). Consequence population With increasing old age, an epidemiological transition <br>will occur, namely a shift in disease patterns from infectious diseases and nutritional <br>disorders to degenerative diseases, diabetes, hypertension, neoplasms, and coronary heart <br>disease. One strategy is to manage the diet. Compliance in running a diabetes diet requires an awareness and intention (Self efficacy) from DM patients. The results of the study by Melda et al (2021) at Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin found that many DM patients who did not comply with the recommended diet program had low self-efficacy. Therefore, health promotion in DM patients needs to be done to convey correct information regarding the importance of dietary compliance. The patient said he was resigned and could not comply with the recommended dietary pattern. Through community service programs, We feel compelled to help provide solutions to patient non-compliance in carrying out the recommended diet program for DM patients at Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin. Caregiver's role as control of sanitation in the environment House will provide a good education for foster children so that PHBS maintenance in the environment House care can be optimized. The method is done by the method counseling, involving the role of caregivers as control of sanitation in the environment. During the implementation process, caregivers and foster children are given structured education through counseling and demonstrations and continue practicing washing hands and eating together. Challenges in delivering material for participants with special needs because of their ability to think low and relatively difficult to digest. The training program facilitates new things. The World Health Organization predicts about 7% of The world's child population is children with special needs. Children with special needs have problems in functioning sensory, motor, learning processes, and behavior. This problem resulted in disruption of the child's physical development. Children with special needs are provided an opportunity to be physically active through various sports and games. Sports are used as a means to help children develop and grow. Community Service Activities aim to increase further the role of teachers and coaches in supervising children with special needs to do adaptive sports and motivating children with special needs for routine and enthusiasm to do adaptive exercise. Service activities society held 27 – 28 May 2023 at House Social Bina Grahita Harapan Ibu Padang with methods lectures and demonstrations to 7 teachers and coaches and 45 children with special needs.
