The Effect of Health Education Using the Focus Group Discussion Method on Mother's Motivation in Exclusive Breastfeeding for Infants aged 0-6 Months in the Work Area of the Bone Rombo Health Center

Abstrak

The impact of not fulfilling selective breastfeeding in the first half year of a child's life is the danger of starvation. Mother's inspiration plays a big role in selective breastfeeding for their children. Following the mother's inspiration to consistently provide elite breastfeeding. Significantly, one of the efforts that must be made is welfare training. This review plans to determine the impact of wellbeing training with cocus group conversation techniques on maternal inspiration in elite breastfeeding for newborn children adults 0-6 months in the function room of Bone Rombo Wellbeing Center. The exam configuration uses a Pre exploratory plan strategy with one pre-test social relations pre-test plan. The population in this audit is the number of mothers who have mature children 0-6 months. and above as many as 56 people and the number of examinations of more than 36 people who were taken using the Irregular Bunch Inspection method. Bivariate investigations using the appropriate t-test. The results of this review indicate that before being given health training using the center gathering conversation technique, most of the inspirations were received, namely more than 24 people (66.7%) and after being given health education, it was realized that the respondents' great inspiration had expanded to 34 individuals. (94.4%). There is an effect of applying the spotlight group conversation strategy on the inspiration of mothers, especially breastfeeding for 0-6 months maturity babies with p = 0.006 < a = 0.05. The conclusion of this research is that there is an impact. Welfare instruction with focus group conversation strategies on mother's inspiration, especially breastfeeding for 0-6 months maturity babies in the Bone Rombo Wellbeing Center function room.
